HIGH-TECH DESIGN AND MACHINING
CAPABILITIES
We utilize a design and programming software package from
Unigraphics. Unigraphics is an interactive Computer-Aided Design and
Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) System. The CAD functions automate
the normal engineering, design and drafting steps required for producing the
various components used in the tooling for our customers.
The CAM functions
provide NC programming for our Haas Machining Centers using the Unigraphics
design model to describe the finished part. Uningraphics is a full
three-dimensional, hybrid solid modeler that allows you to accurately
describe almost any geometric shape. We can accept data from other CAD/CAM
systems using IGES, DXF, Step AP203, AP214 or AutoCAD drawing format. Two
Haas VF-4 Vertical Machining Centers with 20 tool changers provide
uninterrupted machining from your complex 3-D components to block
preparation.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING
Injection Molding provided by a 400 ton New Britain and a
110 ton Van Dorn Molding Machine. From mold sampling to full run production,
our Molding Department can handle your molding needs.
CUSTOM WIRE EDM SERVICES
Two Mitsubishi 110C2 Wire EDMs ready to provide quick and accurate results.
We offer pick-up and delivery service on wire work for your convenience.
DESIGN & MANUFACTURING
Phase II can provide you with quality tooling for
any application. In-house die tryout and short run production provided by
220 ton Niagara Straight Side and Version 110 ton Punch Press.
Weld Fixtures - from tack welding
to robotic with hydraulic or air clamping and indexing capabilities.
Vacuum form tooling - from
simple 2-D geometry to multiple up, 3-dimensional shapes.
Precision trim tools - from flat
to 3-dimensional shapes with multi-level cutting.
Stamping dies - from design to
finished.
Product form dies - Blank dies to
full progressive dies.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality is key to the success of Phase II.
All gauges are calibrated and complete with certification.
